It's a BOY! At just under 14 weeks we found out we are having another boy! We have always dreamed we'd have four boys and now our dreams are fulfilled! What a lucky girl I am to now have 5 boys in my life (including Rick!) to adore me! We couldn't be happier!
Ricky and Everett are excited. Ricky went back and forth on what he wanted. He ended with saying he's "glad it's a boy because boys are way cuter....except for you mommy! You are the cutest girl on the planet!" Oh how I know that will all change soon enough! But I have to say I'll enjoy it while it lasts! Everett wanted a girl, but was very excited about the news he was going to have another baby brother. He just wants everyone to be happy all the time! He's a sweetheart! Sawyer is going to have a little buddy! Ricky and Everett are 18 months apart and are best friends! Sawyer and his little brother will be 16 months apart and we are hoping they'll be just as close as their big brothers!
This pregnancy has gone so smoothly! Symptoms are just exhaustion (chasing 3 little boys how can I not be exhausted anyway!), and I have to eat a snack before bed. I feel FANTASTIC! I have put on 3 pounds in the first trimester which is my average in all my pregnancies. I started at 104.6 and now I am 107.6! The baby's heartbeat was 170 beats per minute. I hope everything continues to go so smoothly - what a lucky break!
Meet Emerson Ryan Kuhn......
Check out our video telling Ricky, Everett, and Sawyer we're having a boy!
To those near and far, we hope this blog keeps you as close to us as you are to our hearts! We are blessed and want to share our blessings with you all!

Easter 2011
We had a busy, fun-filled Easter! We started the celebration in San Antonio. First we met the Easter Bunny! I love the picture we got of Momma and her boys! The resort had some fun-filled activities for the kids. And after that they had an Easter Egg hunt. It was Sawyer's first egg hunt, and like everything else he laughed and had a great time! After the egg hunt, we went back to Grammy's room. What a surprise - the Easter Bunny left us baskets in her room! It was filled with candy and fun goodies! We left San Anotonio and headed home. When we got there, Nana, Pappy, and Grammy were waiting for us. The Easter Bunny had been there too! We did our Easter Egg hunt. Everett found the Golden Egg, and Ricky found the most eggs. Sawyer had the most fun! Then we went through our Easter baskets and ate a yummy dinner! We are so blessed to have spent our Easter morning with Grammy, Tim, Heather, and Heidi and our afternoon with Nana, Pappy, and Grandma!
Sea World - April 2011
Sea World is one of the most enjoyable things we have ever done! We all had the best time! We went with Grammy, Tim, Heather, and Heidi. We got there early to have breakfast with Sesame Street. The food was yummy and meeting the characters was so much fun! Then we went to Bay of Play! There were rollercoasters and rides for younger kids. Ricky and Everett are quite the thrill seekers! Their favorite ride was the water rollercoaster Journey to Atlantis they rode twice with Daddy! We got to watch some shows too. The loved the Shamu show! They enjoyed the Sea Lion Show - they thought it was too funny! Sawyer and I watched the show Azul while Daddy and the big boys rode rides. It was our favorite show! We sat up front and Sawyer watched the entire show in awe! He clapped and got so excited throughout the show! There really was something for all ages at Sea World! We can't wait to go back!
