We went to Bouncin' Bears with our friend Courtney and her daughter Julia! The kids had so much fun! I got a lot more pics of Sawyer because Ricky and Everett were hard to catch! They were running around so much I could hardly keep up with them long enough for a picture! There were a few bouncy toys for Sawyer, and he loved it because he got to climb! We can't wait to go back!
To those near and far, we hope this blog keeps you as close to us as you are to our hearts! We are blessed and want to share our blessings with you all!

Sawyer's First Official Haircut
Sawyer had his first official haircut on June 21st! Our smiley, happy go lucky boy, was not smiling at all! Luckily, the hairdresser Celinda is quick! Poor guy acted as if he was being tortured! I was trying to help hold him, soothe him, and take pics with my cell phone all at once! These are the pics I got! Poor guy!
Sawyer 1 Year Old
Our sweet, smiley boy is one year old! He weighs 20 pounds 12 ounces and is in the 10-25% for weight. He is 29 1/2 inches long, and is in the 25-50% for height. He is growing up! He has six teeth. Sawyer is walking! He loves to grab your hand and makeyou take him on a walk. He is still a little tentative. He is extremely verbal! Not even sure I can list all his words! Some of them are: Mama, Dada, Hi, Nana, Bye, No, More, Go, Easy, Ricky, Grandma (attempts), Get, Milk, Fish, etc. And he imitates a lot of what you say! He loves to play with his brothers most of all!
We had his birthday party at our house and lots of friends came to help us celebrate! The theme was western. The house looked great! We served Rick's homeade chili and dog's and frito pie. Our dear friend Julie made a homemade egg free/nut free boot cake and cupcakes that were a huge hit! We had so much fun, I forgot to take pics! We only have a few of Sawyer opening presents and eating cake! He enjoyed opening his presents - loved eating wrapping paper! After his cake, Nana gave him a bath in the sink! We had a fabulous day with friends and family celebrating Sawyer's first year! Be sure to watch the video at the bottom of this post to see Sawyer grow in the first year of his life!

Petit Jean State Park
We had the best time visiting Petit Jean State Park in Arkansas! We took so many good pictures it was hard to narrow them down for this post! On Saturday, we drove to Texarkana and spent the night. We ate dinner at a yummy Mexican restaurant and swam at the hotel. In the morning, we had breakfast and finished the second half of our trip. We stopped in Hope, Arkansas and visited the house that former President Clinton was raised in. We thought it would be nice for future presidents to see where a former president grew up! We arrived in Morrilton, Arkansas and had lunch - more Mexican. Then we headed to our cabin! It was a double cabin that we shared with the Alford family. The accomodations were great! On our trip we spent time exploring, hiking (day and night), checking out overlooks, attending classes from the park rangers, and swimming in the pool! All the kids were very well behaved, and a great time was had by all!
