We had our first visit to the dentist! I know it's a little late, but the boys did fantastic! She said they had beautiful teeth, very little plaque, no decay or cavities! She was very impressed! Yay! The boys really enjoyed their visit with Dr. Martinez. She was very good at educating them about all of the tools, what she was doing and why, what came next, etc. And she was very good at using terminology and naming tools, rather than talking down. Which the kids really liked! They were so excited about everything they learned! After their xrays and cleaning, the hygenist gave them a lesson on brushing and flossing! They both said they can't wait to go back! And all the ladies in the office said they were the best behaved little boys! And that is what truly impressed Mommy!
To those near and far, we hope this blog keeps you as close to us as you are to our hearts! We are blessed and want to share our blessings with you all!

Main Event July 2011
Grammy and Tim took us out to Main Event for Everett's birthday. We had a great time! You can see from all the smiles that fun was had by all!
Everett's 4th Birthday
Happy birthday to our sweet Everett! The last four years Everett has brought such joy and love to our family! He has the kindest heart of anyone I know! He's extremely sensitive, worries a lot, loves to cuddle, and talks nonstop! He is very bright! We can't wait for him to start PreK and shine in his class! Everett has taken us on a rollercoaster with all his illnesses and injuries! He's had two long stays in the hospital and we can not even begin to count the number of ER visits. But all this has made him into one strong little boy! And he has such a positive outlook on everything! He has always been such a happy guy, and we hope this never changes! He brightens not only our lives but truly makes the world a better place! Be sure to check out the link at the bottom of this post to watch the video of Everett's first four years!
